I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Tonks & Firkin – and I have done on quite a few occasions! Tonks & Firkin has been managing the letting of my property since the end of 2008 – when this family business was still in its early days. The company has since gone from strength to strength – which I am very pleased (and yet not surprised) to see as they have always managed my property in a very efficient, professional, and friendly way. During that time I have had 4 sets of tenants so, not only have they handled the day to day management of these tenancies with great efficiency, but have handled all the re-letting procedures with great professionalism as well – ensuring speedy re-letting of the property in between tenancies, with all procedures in place (and a breadth of experience) to ensure they acquire reliable and trustworthy tenants. They handle every aspect of the tenancy with minimum input required from me and I am confident that I can leave everything safely in their hands.

Purchased a house through Tonksfirkin in Dec 2012 and immediately let the property through them .
Can honestly say everyone we dealt with at their Droitwich office was friendly , helpful and very efficient . Perhaps being”newer on the scene” they are prepared to work harder and go “the extra mile ” to provide a much better customer service than the longer established Droitwich agents who tend to “rest on there laurels “
For lettings, their charges are competitive, and I can highly recommend their sevices, we shall continue to use them needed.
