Residential Lettings Ltd either by telephone or visiting our office.

We collect information about you in order to provide you with our property services as instructed by you. These services include

but are not limited to; carrying out a market appraisal of property, marketing a property for let, replying to enquires about

properties we have for let including arranging viewings and obtaining viewing feedback for the Landlords, negotiating, agreeing

and processing an offer on properties for let, including checking applicants’ credentials.

With your consent, we will contact you by email or telephone regarding other properties that maybe of interest to you.

Tonks & Firkin Residential Lettings Ltd will not share your information for marketing purposes outside of our company.

Third parties who process data for Tonks & Firkin Residential Lettings Ltd in order to provide our service to you include but are

not limited to:

▪ Referencing Agents

We will not disclose any information to any company outside of those listed except to help to prevent fraud, or if required to do so

We will only refer you to third party companies for services we do not provide directly, only once separate and clear consent has
